Oklahoma Chamber Blue, a lower-priced alternative for groups of two to 99 employees, is available in 62 counties outside the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas. Businesses that are members of The State Chamber or a local chamber of commerce may choose from two PPO plans with two deductible options.
No medical underwriting. Coverage guaranteed for chamber-enrolled businesses who meet contribution and participation requirements.
BlueOptions PPO. More in-network choices than any other Oklahoma PPO Plan, with two deductible options.

Prescription drug coverage. 50 percent coinsurance applies at network pharmacies up to $10,000 stop loss. After that, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma will pay 100 percent of allowable prescription charges.

Chamber Choice, a lower-priced alternative for groups of two to 99 employees, is available in the Oklahoma City metro area. This plan for Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce member businesses provides employers with a choice of five PPO plans.
Greater Oklahoma City Metro Chamber membership is open to all businesses in Oklahoma, Pottawatomie, Logan, Cleveland, Canadian and McClain counties. 
No medical underwriting. Coverage guaranteed for Chamber employers who meet contribution and participation requirements.
Coverage in all 50 states and 200 foreign countries.
BlueOptions PPO plans. $500, $750, $1,000, $1,500 or $2,500 annual deductible. More in-network choices than any other Oklahoma PPO plan.
