Affordable Dental Discount for Individuals and Families

Delta Dental Patient Direct is a dental discount plan for individuals and families in Oklahoma that do not have dental benefits through an employer. Delta Dental Patient Directý makes dental services more accessible and affordable to more people. 

One low annual fee of $60 for an individual or $84 for an entire family provides you with savings on dental services and procedures for a full year. For families, the $84 annual fee covers both spouses and all children under 19 years of age.

With the Delta Dental Patient Direct program, you save on the majority of dental services and procedures - including routine cleanings, fillings, caps, X-rays - even whitening, cosmetic and corrective oral surgery, and orthodontics (braces). Once enrolled, our List of Reduced Fees shows the reduced prices you pay for dental services and procedures included in the program.

You can go to any dentist, oral surgeon, or orthodontist in the Delta Dental Patient Direct network. These participating dentists in our network have agreed to charge the lower, set rates, according to our List of Reduced Fees. You can save up to 75% or more on some procedures. Typical savings on the most common procedures can range from 10% to 30%.

Everyone is accepted, no matter your dental history or pre-existing conditions. In fact, with Delta Dental Patient Directý, nobody is excluded and there is no waiting period before the savings can begin. From the time you receive your membership card, you can start saving immediately. All residents of Oklahoma can purchase the Delta Dental Patient Directý plan, and you are automatically accepted. Current Delta Dental insured subscribers are not eligible.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and bank drafts. Once you enroll and pay your annual fee (there is a 24-hour wait to process credit cards and a 3-5 day wait for bank drafts), you receive a Delta Dental Patient Direct membership card. Simply present this card to any participating dentist in our statewide network, and they will automatically give you our special rates for dental services.  Since Delta Dental Patient Direct is not insurance, there is no deductible, and no claims to file. DDOK will provide a full refund with no-questions asked for up to 90 days.
