If You are a citizen or resident of the United States (U.S.), You can purchase the Overseas Travel Medical Plan to travel anywhere outside of the U.S.  If you are a U.S. citizen residing out side of the U.S., You can purchase this protection as long as you hold a current and valid U.S. passport. If You are a foreign visitor traveling to the United States (U.S.), You can purchase the Overseas Travel Medical Plan as long as You provide us with your current and valid passport I.D. number.
